Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

• The property is well signposted and accessed from the A30 via a 100 metre lane
• The bus will stop at the top of the lane
• There is ample parking immediately outside the house which is laid to gravel. There is no street lighting and it can be very dark at night. There is good outside lighting illuminating the entrance

Main Entrance

• The main entrance is the front door into a small porch area. There is one step up to the door
• The guest lounge is on the ground floor
• Access to downstairs loo on request
• Access to the bedrooms is via a carpeted staircase with 10 steps and a handrail

Public Areas

• Lounge and dining room are both on the ground floor
• No pets allowed but assistance dogs accepted
• Instructions for assistance at night in the room file
• Telephone available to guests
• Doorways not wide enough for a standard wheelchair

Shop

• Our nearest shop is in the village – approx. 15 minutes walk or a couple of minutes drive

Eating Out

• Pub & restaurant within walking distance

Outdoor Facilities

• The garden facilities are available for guests to use

Bedrooms

• Bedrooms are both on the first floor
• Both rooms have carpeted floor in the bedroom and lino floor in the bathrooms
• There is a variety of lighting in the rooms with dimmers, spotlights and bedside lights
• Torches supplied in both rooms
• Cordless kettles provided

Bathrooms

• Non slip mat provided for bath and grab rail provided (twin room)
• Shower has non-slip surface (double room)
