For booking processes only we will collect name and contact details including email address.

This information will be used for internal record keeping and, upon opt in, for occasional newsletters containing special offers, information on new properties or other information we think you may find interesting.

We will delete all data at your request provided that there is no outstanding action on any bed and breakfast booking. We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
